Overview

The University & College Entrance Preparation (UCEP) program at Kayas Cultural College prepares adult learners for admission to many College and University programs.

Acceptance into the UCEP program is determined by both pre-requisite skills and the post-secondary program the student expects to undertake. In order to best determine courseware required for individual students, Kayas Cultural College is developing an Individual Education and Career Plan (IECP) process and document in cooperation with the LRRCN's Post Secondary Program.

Diploma and Matriculation courses are delivered by three Alberta certified instructors.

A Certificate of Completion is issued to students that have successfully completed the UCEP courses completed that will be necessary as pre-requisites for their chosen post-secondary programs.

	DS001	Discovery Skills I
		Deals with the application and integration of reading, writing and math skills.
	DS002	Discovery Skills II
		Deals with the application and integration of reading, writing and math skills.
	DS003	Discovery Skills III
		Deals with the application and integration of reading, writing and math skills.
	DS004	Discovery Skills IV
		Deals with the application and integration of reading, writing and math skills.
