Overview

pictureKCC and NAIT have offered a combination Emergency Medical Responder and Nursing Assistant program to students enrolled at all three communities of the Little Red River Cree Nation.

A mix of Interactive VideoConferencing, instructor tours and transportation of students to single sites were used in the delivery of the program. As well, it is appreciated that the Northwestern Region Health Authority, the Fort Vermilion Hospital, and the Health Centers at the three communities provided practical component opportunities in support of the program.
