Program selection and development reflect the actual and anticipated employment opportunities at the Nation, the career goals of the Nation members, academic admission requirements, and the resources available.

Performance-based assessments define program success. Admission to post-secondary or further post-secondary programs, or achieving satisfactory employment, are key indicators.
