Overview

It is expected that participation in the Human Relations Development Certificate program will significantly improve the performance and effectiveness of the Social Development employees.

Image: HRDVSome courses of this program are accredited, however the certificate is awarded by Kayas Cultural College specifically for needs at the Little Red River Cree Nation.

Instruction was delivered through a combination of Interactive VideoConference, remote and local instruction with assistant instructors, independent study, and networked computer labs. Students were located at all three communities of the Nation.
